You buy a block of credits up front. In your panel, one credit creates one month of service for one customer, so a 12-month line uses 12 credits. You create logins, choose the plan length and screens, extend or pause lines, and set your own selling price.
Do I need technical skills to be a reseller?
No servers and no coding. If you can install an app on a Fire TV Stick and type a login, you can run a panel. We train you on the panel in Live Chat and you can send your customers to our public setup guides.
Can I sell under my own name?
Yes. Your customers deal with you, not with us, and you decide your prices and how you support them. Many resellers start with friends, family and neighbours who keep asking them for help with TV.
Who supports my customers?
You are the first contact for your customers. King IPTV supports you, the reseller, in English and French every day of the week, including server switches, line problems and panel questions. Hard cases can be escalated to our team.
How do I pay for credits?
By Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars, the same way our regular customers pay. After we receive the payment, the credits appear in your panel, usually within the hour during support hours.
