King IPTV Legal Disclaimer

This legal disclaimer explains what King IPTV is responsible for and what it is not. The key point: none of the content you watch is hosted, stored, uploaded or owned by King IPTV.

The short version

King IPTV is an access and support service, not a broadcaster. We do not host, store, upload or own TV channels, films, series or sports events. Third-party providers deliver the streams. We provide the login that connects your app to them, plus help with setup and fixes.

Because of that, each customer must make sure their viewing respects the law in their own country or province, and that they have the right to see what they watch. Treat this page as general information; it does not replace a lawyer.

What King IPTV does

King IPTV does two jobs: it gives you access, and it gives you support. Access means a login in the format your player app needs: Xtream Codes details, an M3U playlist address, or a MAG and Formuler portal. Support means a team that helps you install the app, enter the login, choose a server and sort out buffering, in English or French.

We also handle the order, the Interac e-Transfer payment and the reminders before a plan ends. Our terms and conditions set out the rules for each of these steps.

Where the streams come from

The streams come from servers run by third-party providers, not from King IPTV. We do not choose what a broadcaster airs, when it airs it, or how it is labelled. Channel names, groups, picture quality and the on-demand library can change without notice from those providers, and a stream that works today may be gone or renamed tomorrow.

When you report a broken channel, we check it and can switch your account to a spare stream or a different server. We cannot edit, cut or change the programme itself.

No affiliation with broadcasters, networks, studios or leagues

King IPTV is independent. No broadcaster, TV network, film studio, streaming platform or sports league owns, sponsors, endorses or partners with it. Our pages group channels into categories like "Canadian sports in English and French" or "local news for Toronto", and do not claim that any named network or league package is part of a plan.

Trademarks and brand names

Every trademark, logo and brand name mentioned on kingiptv.ca belongs to its owner. That includes the names of devices and apps, such as Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Apple TV, TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro. We use those names only to say which devices work and how to set them up. Using a name does not mean its owner supports, approves or has checked King IPTV.

Your responsibility as a viewer

You are the one who picks what to watch, so the legal duty to respect the rules where you live is yours. That includes having the right to access each programme in your country or province. IPTV is simply a way to send video over the internet; whether a particular stream is allowed depends on who holds the rights and on local law. For the general picture, read our plain-language piece on IPTV and the law in Canada, and the Copyright Act on the Justice Laws website is the official text for Canada.

No legal advice on this site

Our blog, our Live Chat answers and this disclaimer are general information only, never legal advice. Laws change, and every situation is different. For advice about your own case, speak with a lawyer in your province.

Information on this website

We work to keep pages correct, yet prices, features, app names and device menus keep moving. Setup steps for third-party apps can go out of date after an update. Links to other websites are there to help you. Those sites are run by others, and what they publish is their responsibility.

If you hold rights in a work and believe it is being used without permission, please tell us. Our DMCA and copyright notice procedure explains what to send to help@supportiptv.ca and what we do next. We take every complete notice seriously.

FAQ

Questions about this legal disclaimer

Does King IPTV own the channels it gives access to?

No. King IPTV owns none of the channels, shows, films or sports events you can watch. The streams are run by third-party providers, and the programmes belong to the broadcasters, studios and leagues that made them. Our part is the account itself: your login, the setup help and the technical support when something stops working.

Is King IPTV connected to any TV network or sports league?

No. King IPTV has no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement deal with any broadcaster, network, studio or league. When a channel, team or device brand appears on kingiptv.ca, the name is there only to describe a category or a compatible device. It never suggests that the owner of that name supports King IPTV.

Who decides whether watching a stream is allowed where I live?

The law where you live decides, and checking it is your job as the viewer. Rules about streaming can differ between countries, and the details can change. King IPTV is not a law firm. For a question about your own case, a lawyer in your province is the right person to ask.

What should a rights holder do if they see a problem?

Send a written notice to help@supportiptv.ca with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. Our copyright notice page lists the details to include, such as the work, where it appears and your contact information. Each complete notice gets reviewed; we then act on material we control, or pass the notice to the provider involved.
