King IPTV Refund Policy: 7 Days for New Customers

Our refund policy is simple. If you are a new customer and King IPTV does not work for you, ask within 7 days of receiving your login and we return what you paid through Interac e-Transfer.

  • 7 days, counted from login delivery
  • Refund sent by Interac e-Transfer in CAD
  • Free 24-hour trial to test first

How the 7-day refund policy works

New King IPTV customers can get a full refund of their first order within 7 days. The clock starts when we deliver your login by email and Live Chat, not when you pay, so a payment that arrives overnight does not cost you any days.

The policy is there for one situation: you ran King IPTV at home, on your own screen and connection, and it does not suit your household. Maybe the channels you wanted are not what you expected, or your connection is too slow for steady HD. In those cases, a refund is fair.

Step by step

How to ask for a refund

A refund request takes about two minutes. Use whichever channel you prefer; both reach the same team.

  1. Contact us

Open Live Chat or email help@supportiptv.ca. Chat is faster during support hours.

  2. Share your order number

Look for the code beginning with KNG in your order email. Add the name or email you used at checkout.

  3. Tell us what went wrong

One or two sentences is enough: the device, the app and what you saw on the screen.

  4. Get your money back

We confirm the request, turn off the login and send the refund by Interac e-Transfer.

What we try before a refund

Before we refund, we offer to fix the problem, because most issues are solved in a few minutes. Here is what usually helps:

  • Setup help on your device, step by step, until the channels load
  • Switching your account to another server when a stream buffers or freezes
  • A different player app, like TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, if your current one struggles
  • The shorter English Channels Only list, if the full list feels too big to browse
  • Tips for Wi-Fi and Ethernet, which fix most picture problems at home

You can say no to all of this. If you are inside the 7-day window and want your money back, we refund it. A fix is an offer, never a condition.

We return the money as an Interac e-Transfer in CAD, sent to whichever email or mobile number you choose. It usually goes out within a few business days of approval, and the login is switched off at the moment we send it. To learn how e-Transfers reach your account, see the Interac e-Transfer page from Interac.

When the refund policy does not apply

The refund policy does not cover three cases:

  • Requests after 7 days. Once the window closes, the rest of the plan is not refunded.
  • Renewals and extensions. Only your first purchase is covered. Time added to an existing login is not.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse. A login that was shared outside the household, resold or used in a business is not refunded.

A double payment or a wrong amount is not a refund request. Message Live Chat; we sort it out with you, usually by returning the extra amount.

Try the free trial before paying

The best way to avoid needing a refund is to test before you pay. Each household can claim one free 24-hour trial: every channel, nothing to pay, no card. Run it on the TV you really use, at the time you usually watch, and check a live game and the TV guide. If it works then, it will work the rest of the week.

FAQ

Refund policy questions

Does the 7-day refund window start when I pay?

No. The 7 days start when we deliver your login through email and the chat, not when you send the e-Transfer. If your payment arrives late at night and we activate the next morning, your window starts the next morning. That way you always get 7 full days with a working login before the window closes.

Can I get a refund on a renewal or an extension?

No. The refund policy covers a customer's first purchase only. Renewals and extensions added to an existing login are not refundable, because by then you have already used the service and know how it runs at home. If a renewal has a technical problem, message Live Chat and we work on the fix with you.

How long does a King IPTV refund take?

Once we approve it, we send the refund by Interac e-Transfer, usually within a few business days. Most banks deposit an e-Transfer within minutes of it being sent. If you have not seen it after that, check your spam folder for the e-Transfer email, then message us with your order number.

Do I have to give a reason for a refund?

We ask what went wrong, because many problems can be fixed in a few minutes, such as a typo in the server address or weak Wi-Fi. Still, you do not have to accept a fix. If you are a new customer inside the 7-day window and you simply want your money back, we refund it.

What if I bought a 12-month plan and change my mind after a month?

After the first 7 days, the unused months are not refunded, whatever the plan length. That is why we suggest the free 24-hour trial before a long plan, and a 1-month plan if you are still unsure. The login stays active through the last day you paid for, and nothing renews afterwards.

Test it free, then buy with confidence

Start with the 24-hour trial. If you buy afterwards, new customers still have 7 days to change their mind.
