King IPTV on Hisense TV
How to Set Up IPTV on a Hisense TV (VIDAA or Google TV)
Hisense uses four different TV systems. Spend one minute finding yours, then follow the matching steps below.
- Roughly 12 minutes start to finish
- Same steps for trial and paid logins
- Written for non-technical people

The way to set up King IPTV on a Hisense TV depends on which system it runs. Hisense builds TVs with Google TV, VIDAA, Fire TV or Roku TV, depending on the series and the store. A Google TV model is the easy case: TiviMate comes from Google Play and your Xtream Codes login fills it in about 10 minutes. A VIDAA model only installs apps from its own small store, where the choice of IPTV players is thin and changes often. Step 1 tells you which one you own.
Have these ready first
- Your Hisense connected to the internet, by cable if possible
- Your King IPTV Xtream Codes details, or your M3U link for VIDAA players
- A Google account for Google TV models; a VIDAA account if its store asks
- A phone or computer browser for VIDAA players that pair by MAC address
Hisense setup for Google TV and VIDAA models
Steps 2 and 3 are for Google TV models. Steps 4 to 6 are for VIDAA. Everyone does steps 1, 7 and 8.
Identify your Hisense system
Press Home and look at the screen. Google TV shows tabs such as For you and Apps across the top. VIDAA shows one row of app tiles with a store tile and the VIDAA name in its menus. Fire TV and Roku TV display Amazon's or Roku's own home screen. To confirm, VIDAA lists details under Settings > Support > System Info, and Google TV under Settings > System > About.
Google TV: install TiviMate
Open the Apps tab, choose Search for apps, type TiviMate, and install TiviMate IPTV Player. Sign in with your Google account first if the TV asks.
Google TV: enter your King IPTV login
Launch TiviMate and go through Add playlist > Xtream Codes. Three boxes appear; fill them from your King IPTV email exactly as written. Press Next, name the playlist, then Done. Our Google TV walkthrough explains each screen in more depth.
VIDAA: open the store and search
Press Home and open the VIDAA store tile (some models label it App Store). Use the search box and type IPTV to see every player offered for your TV and region.
VIDAA: install a player and note its code
Players reported in the VIDAA store include SmartOne IPTV, Smart IPTV and SS IPTV, though the list differs by country and model year. Install one, open it, and write down the MAC address or device ID on its first screen.
VIDAA: link your playlist online
On your phone, visit the player's official upload page, type the code, paste your King IPTV M3U link and save. Close the player with the Exit button and reopen it so it pulls in the channel list.
Test live TV and the guide
Open a few channels from different groups and wait for the TV guide to fill, which can take two minutes the first time. Programme titles beside each channel mean the EPG works.
No good VIDAA player? Add a stick
If the store has no IPTV player, or the one you tried keeps freezing, plug a Google TV Streamer or a Fire OS stick into a spare HDMI input and follow its guide. Turn on the TV's CEC Function in its HDMI settings so the Hisense remote controls the stick too.
VIDAA, Google TV, Fire TV or Roku TV: which is easiest for IPTV?
Google TV and Fire TV are the easiest Hisense systems for IPTV, VIDAA comes next, and Roku TV is the hardest because it has no full IPTV player.
| System on your Hisense | How you watch King IPTV | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| Google TV | TiviMate or Televizo from Google Play | Easy |
| Fire TV built in | Downloader plus TiviMate | Easy |
| VIDAA | A VIDAA store player if one is offered, otherwise a stick | Medium |
| Roku TV | Screen mirroring, or a stick in another HDMI port | Hardest |
Fire TV Hisense models run Fire OS, so the Fire TV Stick guide applies step for step. Roku TV owners should read the honest Roku guide.
What to know about IPTV apps on VIDAA
The VIDAA store is far smaller than Google Play, and VIDAA cannot install APK files at all. That leaves you with whatever players Hisense approves for your country. SmartOne IPTV, for example, lists VIDAA among its supported platforms, yet it may not appear on every model. Most VIDAA players pair by MAC address and charge their developer's own fee after a trial, never through King IPTV. Keep the TV current under Settings > Support > System Update, since new store apps often need recent software. The VIDAA support centre covers update questions, and our smart TV app roundup compares players across brands.
Fixing common Hisense IPTV problems
- TiviMate rejects the login. Look for a missing
http://or port, or a trial that has expired. Live Chat can confirm your line is active. - VIDAA player says the playlist is missing. Your TV has separate Wi-Fi and cable MAC addresses. Upload again using the code the player shows now.
- Guide hours look wrong. Set the TV's time zone and automatic clock, then refresh the guide. See why an IPTV guide goes blank.
- Freezing in the evening. Use the network port, or move the router closer, then try these buffering fixes.
Hisense TV IPTV questions
How can I tell if my Hisense is VIDAA or Google TV?
Look at the home screen. Google TV shows tabs like For you and Apps along the top and offers Google Assistant. VIDAA shows a simpler row of app tiles and the VIDAA name in its menus. The model's box or the retailer listing also names the system. Fire TV and Roku TV versions show those brands' home screens.
Does TiviMate run on a Hisense VIDAA TV?
No. TiviMate is an Android app, and VIDAA cannot install Android apps or APK files. On a VIDAA TV, use a player from the VIDAA store if one is offered in Canada, or plug in a Google TV device or a Fire OS stick and install TiviMate there. Google TV Hisense models run TiviMate directly.
Is IPTV Smarters Pro available for Hisense TVs?
On Google TV Hisense models, the situation matches any Android TV: check Google Play, and use TiviMate or Televizo if Smarters is missing. On VIDAA, Smarters has been reported in some regions but is not reliably listed in Canada, so a VIDAA store player or a streaming stick is the safer plan.
My Hisense is a Roku TV. Which guide should I follow?
Follow the Roku guide. Roku TVs run Roku's own system, which has no full IPTV player, so you either mirror the screen from an Android phone or Windows PC, or add a streaming stick to another HDMI port. The stick gives the better picture and a proper TV guide.
Does King IPTV play in 4K on a Hisense TV?
Yes, on 4K Hisense models, for channels and films broadcast in 4K. Keep about 25 Mbps free for each 4K stream and use a network cable where you can. The free 24-hour trial shows whether your connection keeps up; request it here, no payment needed.
